BCTLInvest is a "One-Stop-Service" facility developed by Banco Central de Timor-Leste to facilitate authorized financial institutions to manage their accounts held at BCTL.

BCTLInvest is also serve as a single “window” for eligible institutions to manage their securities issued by the Central Bank.
BCTLInvest Services
Central Bank Certificate
BCTL Certificate, or BCTLCBC, is an investment instrument for commercial banks, insurance companies, Other Deposit Taking Institutions, to invest their excess cash with 90-day or three-month maturity.
Settlement Account
Settlement Account is an account the Participants shall open and maintain at the BCTL for the purpose of settling the BCTL securities transactions.

Term Deposit Facility
BCTL Term Deposit, or BCTLTDF, is a fixed short-term investment. TDF is an interest-bearing instrument the BCTL offers to eligible institutions to manage their short term cash excess. TD is a non-tradable instrument.
Security Account
Security Account is an account the primary market participants must open and maintained at the BCTL. The purpose of the Security Account is to be used to record and custody all the settled securities that the participants possess.
